TypeScript Tip: Use the `unknown` type instead of `any` when you are not sure about the type of a value. This forces you to perform type checks before using the value and avoid runtime errors. #typescript #webdev

Got this Oscar the Grouch Chia Pet for my toddler for Christmas. She also got a tricycle from Santa Claus. But the chia pet was the coolest thing on Earth. 🤩

I'm not a fan of company wide "code freezes". 👎 My team owns the entire product from dev through deployment and we're accustom to deploying multiple times per day. A 2 week code freeze slows us down tremendously. I get the intention, but it does more harm than good sometimes.

My team is forced to go into the office every Wednesday for a 2 hour meeting (either grooming or planning, depending on the week) and everyone on my team hates it except management. Please don’t do this to your employees.
