Last week I took my son to see Hot Wheels live in AO Arena. I paid a small fortune for VIP tickets, thinking it would be easier due to his ASD. I was denied anything that I had paid for, no food, drink or toy... over a week later and still waiting for a reply😠

I even showed the staff at AO Arena my tickets details and was denied.... it cost me and extra £75+ just to make sure my son got what he was promised - just to ensure he did not have one of his violent meltdowns. It ruined the whole experience for me. £250+ for nothing extra!
