One time a BIG institution (outside of LDN) asked me to deliver a lecture/workshop for £100, no travel costs. And then a young brother (from ends) asked me to do a workshop for £150. This isn't about money. This is about value. We must build or continue to be exploited.

Hmmm, so NPOs currently in the Arts Council England portfolio will be getting an extra year of funding up to March 2027. Darren Henley explains here. artscouncil.org.uk/blog/time-to-t… but what does that mean for those outside it and reliant on project funds for extra year before they can apply?

THEATRE TWITTER FOLKS: working with the ace young company Crucible Theatre + one of them mentioned it’s v inspiring to hear about non-trad routes in (ie not training in something at uni). Would love to hear about other artists with windey routes to inspire + give hope!
