I’ve learned many ppl need to know lots of ppl’s words don’t actually matter. I wish more #ActuallyAutistic ppl knew this too deep down. If an NT talks as if ur somehow inferior, fuck what they say! You matter as much as anyone else ❤️ Think about words that r true & encouraging

Growing up #ActuallyAutistic , I’m thankful to have parents who tried their best to parent me according to my needs, not copying how other parents raised their “normal” kids. Since moving out, I can see some of their mistakes, but also appreciate their efforts ❤️ Thx Mom & Dad

I respect #ActuallyAutistic ppl who want a cure & Autistic ppl who don’t. I don’t think it’s good to get mad for either side’s want. Autism comes w/challenges that can be frustrating; it also helps us enjoy and focus on beneficial interests. Many of us don’t wanna give that up
