Hello, ich bin Jieoh. Ich werde in wenigen Wochen bei der Internationalen BiologieOlympiade in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten dabei sein. Wie man sieht, bereite ich mich intensiv auf den Wettbewerb vor! XD - und das sandfarbene IBO-Shirt durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen!

Glad to share our new preprint on promoter escape by mammalian Pol II! We captured five transcription intermediates (de novo initiated from the PIC) and visualized the key steps where the initially transcribing complex (ITC) transitions into an elongation complex (EC).
