Good day for a track meet other than it was 46 degrees. Tri meet against Erie McDowell, PA and Conneaut, OH. Finished 2nd in the 100 meter dash, 1st in my heat and first for lakeside. 11.24 seconds close to my PR, 3 heats of 22 runners in the 100 meters today. Team 1st 4X200

Chagrin Valley Conference Track Qualifying meet today. Made the finals (championship) in the 100 Meters second year in a row and for the long jump. Getting ready for the championships this Thursday, always great competition in the championships.

Second place in the 4X100 relays today Chagrin Conference Championships. Ran the first leg and I want to thank my teammates and coaches for a great race!
