Congratulations to Boston Mayor Mayor Marty Walsh, who was confirmed by the Senate today to be U.S. Secretary of Labor. Marty is a great friend of fire fighters and will bring his passion for lifting people up to this critical role.

In the first 90 days, our mission includes issuing a report on the effectiveness and budget review of all IAFF programs, services, projects and practices. We will continue to provide high-level services to our members while operating within our financial means. #ReadyToLead
