Year 6 have been busy pondering 'What is Music?' this week and were tasked with writing tweets on what music means to them. Stand by for some of their insightful thoughts!

Music is an idea. It can be silent but can speak loud. It is a thought beyond thinking. A life beyond living. Music is the ability to dream. - Sophie

Our group of young musicians from All Hallows absolutely loved this experience - so much so they want to start their own school orchestra - watch this space.

All pupils, and staff, are excited for our House Music Competition tomorrow. 100 years of Disney boils down to 4 songs, 4 hours and 4 hours to put together their best performance!

A really lovely morning seeing fabulously talented young musicians and meeting inspiring music teachers. Thank you for having us!

Fun things are coming. Miss Foster went up to Birmingham for the day to learn all of the songs, dance moves and exciting things our Year 3 & 4 will experience in January. Full of energy and ready to start tackling the music… but only after Harvest next week!
