Soybean scouting time! #AgriGold

Check those wet natured fields after all the rain. Finding a lot of “squishy” seeds next to rows that have emerged.

Ponded spots are at high risk for denitrification. There are plenty of those out there. You can tell by my boots we are slightly muddy in So IN.

We have started to hit the 350 gdu mark on a few fields that we are pushing for top end yields. That means it’s tissue sampling time. If you are interested in tissue sampling corn we have a large database of nutrient densities of top yields at specific gdu’s at #AgriGold

Some fields are getting a little woolly. Weeds should be on our minds if they are not already. #AgriGold

We have gotten some much needed rain across southern IN. Had some corn pollinate during the hot dry conditions so we checked some corn today to see how it did

Quick soybean update to end the week. Insect pressures seem to be high. Early planted beans are ready for fungicide. Mid May planted need a little longer and late May early June planted beans took a little longer than normal to flower. #AgriGold

May have found something we didn’t want to find in Southern Indiana today!! Going to send it off to be sure. #AgriGold

A lot of problems look alike. When a pic of this was sent, I thought it was SDS. I have seen some this year. After further investigation this was not. #AgriGold
