Today at work someone repeatedly called me Anna while I repeatedly told them my name was Annabelle, only for them to end the call with "Bye Anna". It's literally one extra syllable?!

My Mum's neighbour has been trimmimg the grass on her front lawn on her hands and knees with a pair of kitchen scissors for 2 days now. Unfortunately, she is not the first person in the cul-de-sac i have observed doing this. I don't think the countryside village life is for me.
