Why is AT&T and AT&T Help choosing to ignore, or not responding to direct messages? Is there someone there that will respond to our needs?

On the phone now with @att for 1:47:38 including transfers and still no help. Embarrassing!!!

Is AT&T and AT&T reliable? Is it worth coming back to them time and time again to have the phones reconnected? Spending hours and hours on the phone trying to get the right thing done for our business may not be worth the hassle. Our phones have been out since April 26th.

Here a good one from AT&T and @atthelp without services for the entire month of May my bill is close to $5,000.00!!! When I called about it Roberto said it's not his department and asked me to recall the same number I called.

Frustration abounds and patience is limited as AT&T and AT&Thelp offers no help in getting my phones restored. Even after many attempts with @ATT employees, they either, don't know, can't help me, or turn me over to another who ultimately doesn't answer the phone. Sigh.

Once again AT&T and @Atthelp has put us in a position that tied us to our internet service. And now with our internet down, our phones are down. When will the lunacy end! You can send us emails, we are working from our cell phone hotspots.

After thirty minutes of trying to get through on the phone with @AT&T and @ATThelp, the LA earthquake hit. Watching the building shake I wondered if I should leave the building. No way! I was staying on even if the building collapsed. Alas, my problem was not resolved.

Customer Service AT&T and @ATThelp is terrible. Wait times are awful. Callbacks are from people who can't handle your problem are the norm. Transfers usually results in hangups. Invoices don't have account numbers on them. Who is looking after the store? AT&T, are you there?
