The Afghan (Taliban) MoD released a report about recently-activated MD-530F helicopter and Harbin Y-12 light transport airplane. While the helicopter comes from the 'old' Afghan AF stocks, the origin of the Y-12 is unknown to me.

Please ID: while the BM-27 may be the eye-catcher here, to me the more interesting vehicle sits on the right. Perhaps a P-240TM? (Ahmad Shah Massoud's forces, Bagram front, circa 2000).
