My anxiety runs a 101 scenarios through my head every time I try to leave the house.

"what are your best talents?" me: "pretend to be happy" "pretend to be okay" "pretend to be strong" "pretend like i can do it" "pretend like i'm not in pain" "pretend like it's not a big deal"

End of 2019 and I’m led here reflecting about all my past regrets, mistakes, loves and achievements.. wow! Oh what a journey life has been to get to this very day.

Them feels you get after that moment someone impacts your life as much as you impact theirs.

When you secretly have OCD and it is now socially acceptable to disinfect everything. Already ahead of the game.

Please separate me from these feelings.

I will carry the pain of loosing you until the day I die.

Hope is a tease, designed to prevent us accepting the reality.

Every night at 2am I relive the moment I lost you.

The worst thing about loosing you is that I lost my best friend.

I’m never good enough for anyone.

People always walk away from me so easily.

This hurts so much.

In a world turned upside down, my life changed forever.

I’ve never been this broken before.

My life at the moment is just surviving each day.

It’s sad that I’ve become use to missing you.
