At the Surat Diamond Bourse, vertical fins are more than just a visual statement—they’re a passive cooling solution. The Venturi and stack effects created by these fins result in an incredible 30% of the building's total area being naturally ventilated and passively cooled.

The Dualis — a quiet emergence of elevated living, envisioned through the collaborative ethos of Keyna and shapoor mistry Pallonji, stands as a 33-storey twin-tower residential address in Gurugram. Dualis isn’t just built to house lives. It’s built to elevate them.

Taking cues from the street structure of Shahjahanabad, Sushant School of Art and Architecture champions walkability and human interaction. A pedestrian system weaves across the site creating a porous, interconnected network of movement and engagement. #Morphogenesis
