First thing I someone’s says to me in Copenhagen is the passport dude saying “ahhhh Bradford. Famous for speeding, yes?” 😅

It’s being a busy few weeks both with studio work and archive work. Inspiring designers and students from #Copenhagen to #Düsseldorf. It was such a pleasure today to have students over for a ‘flying’ visit and continually bring out more and more items from the archive.

Has anyone got any of these issues of Gebrauchsgraphik for sale, looking to get closer to a full set this year?

The latest eleven magazines in the archive include a few Gebrauchsgraphik from the 30s, two issues of the Czech journal, Typografia, the first issue of City Limits designed by David King and five issues of Typographische Jahrbucher from 1906-1908.

Lovely little addition. A stamp album rammed full of Mexico 1968 mint stamps.

Amazon should add an exclude Temu products switcher on search. So many things I see on children’s toys are the same but triple the price.

This week saw the mighty arrival of around 200 issues of Typografia. A Czech journal focused on typography and printing, published from 1888 to 2014. I’ve mainly got issues from the 1950s - 1980s. Here’s four from my collection.
