People need *actual time* and *mental space and energy* to manage their mental health. Workplaces/ schools promoting services and supports when there is literally no time or flexibility in their schedules to access, participate in, and use these supports and resources is unfair.

Please understand: advances towards โ€œback to normalโ€ largely involve the reversal of accessibility measures. Telehealth appointments? Accessibility. Remote work? Accessibility. Widespread delivery and curbside pickup options? Accessibility. โ€œNormalโ€ isnโ€™t good enough.

I've been speaking to PhD candidates about the struggle to maintain a decent standard of living on stipend rates - well below minimum wage, because they're considered students, not workers. Particularly tough in this economy theguardian.com/australia-newsโ€ฆ

Have a look at my review in American Academy of Pediatrics! We looked at age of #solids introduction in infants and childhood/adult health outcomes. Data from 32 systematic reviews with a whopping total of 410 original papers. Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI) doi.org/10.1542/peds.2โ€ฆ

Paying #PhD students a fair AND liveable wage is well overdue. I couldn't do a PhD without the support of my partner working full-time. Sign + share to support increasing the stipend to at least minimum wage. aph.gov.au/e-petitions/peโ€ฆ #AcademicChatter #phdchat #RaiseTheStipend
