My First LogoFolio. I used to dread designing logos, and realised one day that I can't keep shying away from it. I studied the greats and voila! Your thoughts...

When Apple clock app is part of your productivity tool Syncing across 5 time zones just to hit those deadlines and join meetings on time. Being a remote worker means living in tomorrow, replying like it’s yesterday, and delivering right now😂

This is how a designer at Uber creates design system documentation for engineering in Figma This is the most detailed design system documentation I have ever seen in my life 🤯 Ian Guisard shows how he create design system documentation in Figma for engineers at Uber 👇

Character Animation Part 2: Added dynamic expression control using Boolean inputs and pointer event listeners. When the pointer enters the character’s face: expression changes When the pointer leaves: expression resets to default This makes the character feel more alive

Now when the mouse pointer touches the character’s face, not only does the expression change, a sound effect is triggered too This audio event makes the interaction feel more immersive.

This is how a designer at Uber depreciates a design system component in Figma You should never structurally change a component in the design system and publish the updates immediately as it will break the designer's files Instead you want to gradually depreciate a component: -

Part 4 Explored click based triggers that snaps a prop onto the character 1st Trigger: Clicking directly on the artboard 2nd Trigger: Clicking a separate UI button Both events update a shared Boolean input in the State Machine, triggering the prop to attach to the character.

Duolingo just launched a full chess course. It wasn’t built by a huge team or chess experts. It started with a PM, a designer, and Cursor, an AI coding assistant. No engineers. No dev team. Here’s how they built and shipped the course in 8 months using AI. 🧵👇
