Detroit City gov’t recently touted $1B invested in Affordable Housing and 4,600 units produced in the last 5 years. Simultaneously, a wave of home rehabs, led by Detroit residents, produced 4x as much housing. The next $1B the City wants invested should support these Detroiters.
