Pondering these quotes on time management. Thinking I need to refocus and work on the great dividing line between success and failure. I have decided you make time for what’s important so the bigger question is: what’s important to you?

Enneagram, SCARF, Myers-Brigg, etc…they all help us know ourselves as leaders and allow us to learn more about those we serve which is important. I’m wondering, though, do we ever use it as an excuse or justification for behavior?
