Went for 1.5 today. Slow pace but I added a few hills. The bit of muscle in my right thigh that had screamed in pain during the half was grumbling a bit after this run. So I iced it. If it keeps up I’ll have to go to the dr for a check.

Maman is a resurrectionist! 🙀 The octopus toy has been un-beheaded and is ready to go back into kitty toy service! Willow is still proclaiming her innocence about the initial murder 😹

Went for my first run since the mountainous half marathon. Just 1 mile with a few hills. It went well. And I spotted some cool bumper stickers.

Sammie: no getting up Sissy. I needing this laps right now.

There’s some tiny sparrows in the catio collecting bits for nesting. And the boys haven’t even noticed.
