Had a shower, now in my pyjamas and under the duvet cuddled up with Snoopy again. I'm finishing off my 7 seasons rewatch of Star Trek Voyager - I'm on the last episode.

I've been to Aldi this morning. Got a few ready meals, milk and bread. Put it all in my carrier bag and carry it back home. My back seems a bit sore. Looks like a nice sunny day today.

I got myself out for a walk this afternoon. A nice bit of light sun. My favourite spot near my home. I had just watched the first episode of Star Trek Picard.

I had a go meditating this afternoon. It involved laying down and hugging Snoopy. Then trying not to let my mind wander. It went well. I tend to get into periods where I meditate but I never stick to it.

Just listening to the last night of the proms tonight.

Seems strange at 40 that I'm actually middle age. 40 years feels like a long time. The idea of having to live even longer feels me with dread. I'm ready to die and go to heaven.

Wore my sunflower 🌻 lanyard again today. I'm becoming less conscious of it. Someone asked me in Church what is was today and I explained.

21c in my flat and it feels chilly. It was 21c yesterday and I was wearing a T-shirt but I wasn't feeling cold. It must be the humidity.

It feels cosy in my flat drinking a nice cup of tea. As much as I have struggled with being Autistic and mentally ill I do feel much more blessed now. I have an appreciation of having a homely home, an adequate income and a supportive Church community.Things could be a lot worse.

My back is still sore today. It seemed to improve when I got the new mattress earlier this year. I think the seats at Church make it worse as I was struggling a bit getting up and down today. I'll probably use some Voltarol tonight. I always keep a fresh pack of it in my draw.
