A simple lockdown recipe- LETTUCE WRAP SURPRISE. Put some beef Hula Hoops in the middle of a lettuce leaf. Grate over some cheese and add a thin layer of salad cream ( Heinz- no pissing about) roll like a fat cigar and eat. Every bite a zingy crunchy surprise- ENJOY!

Only one rugby player has achieved the following: capped at 18, Test Lion v All Blacks at 19, two Grand Slams at 21, a world record transfer to Leeds Rhinos. He also played cricket at Lord's. Lewis Jones is 89 today, hale and hearty. Story in The Rugby Paper tomorrow.
