Laura’s got a day of meetings finishing in Bournemouth tomorrow. Camilla said won’t you have time to play in the sand mummy. If it was me I’d do an awful LinkedIn post about this and how we all need to find time to play in the sand but thankfully I don’t have a job.

Feel like, you’ve been in the wave pool at center parcs when they’ve briefly closed it because of a turd should be on that British-core thing.

That new feature on pay by phone that offers to insure you against break in for a small fee while you’re parked is a bit “mind your car for a quid mate.”

Would much rather have a 72p can of sugar free Boost Energy than a coffee. Coffee is horrible. Same effect, and it’s much cheaper. You look uncouth though walking around with a can of Boost Energy though or taking one to a meeting. Not that I have meetings but if I did.

A big firm came to collect dry cleaning and the guy was standing on the doorstep vaping. Didn’t even stop when talking. It’s little things and it’s quite funny really but am I misremembering or did there used to be more formality around this sort of customer stuff.

Same with a lot of the charity shops near us. People dump any old rubbish outside in plastic bags. Peter Crouch books only from now on.

Taking a sugar free Boost energy out with me for my stint redirecting cars for playstreets. There’s a new sheriff in town.

Laura’s got her female fund manager friend coming, with whom she was set up by a mutual. I can’t be drinking Boost energy drink when she’s here. Get it out of the system now. Although I did tell her husband we go to panto at the Wycombe swan. They’ll be getting the measure of us.

Why don’t brands give MPs clothes like with celebrities and influencers? I know there’s a bit of reputational risk, some people won’t like the politician you’re giving them to but still it’d be massive exposure.

Is it because MPs are so unpopular as a group that despite the exposure the association would be a negative thing?
