There are now 5 SSBNs stationed in Kamchatka, all Borei-class. The Northern Fleet has a total of 7 SSBNs, but due to overhauls and modernizations, currently 4 of them are active.

1/ Report with some new imagery from Matochkin Shar and Rogachevo. Ref tunnel works, that's part of the normal activities of maintaining readiness to resume testing but interesting nevertheless. I don't have detailed track of this but there are tunnel(s?) ready to go.

🇷🇺🦀 Absolutely incredible pic of RuNAVY ☢️ nuc deep water station AS-31 «Losharik». The station was heavily damaged with 🔥on 1 Jul 2019 and we haven’t seen it after recovering. But now 😍 Pay attention that AS-31 is being towed. 📸 S.Yakovlev

Now, this is an interesting photo. TASS reported back in spring that Losharik was to be ready for sea-trials this summer and there might have been some truth to that after all.
