What is the status of req no 31-2843519957638 ? Are you guys seriously working on this req as it was supposed to be closed by 19th Feb 2020.

airtel India Airtel Cares Bharti Airtel Very disappointed by Airtel service. Unable to make and receive calls from last 7 days. Can’t even make a call to customer care. Using Airtel from last 6 years but did not face such issues for so long. Can you please look into this.
