This is interesting. Of course NSFT mental health would have no clue about the suicide rates of people from different ethnic groups because for years they did not capture ethnicity in their mortality data. How was that allowed to happen? How?

Far, far too many is the answer to this question. NSFT mental health are belatedly counting deaths and planning service improvements with yet another Radical Redesign. And ICBs plan budget cuts. itv.com/news/anglia/20…

It is impossible for these figures to be accurate given a starting point of lost patient IDs meaning the trust could not track back. Plus a methodology of 250 staff (with a mix of clinical and non clinical skills) looking at the data means no consistency. Puff review.
