TORNADO WATCH in effect until 10 p.m. Thursday for northeast Texas, McCurtain County in Oklahoma, and Miller, Sevier, Little River counties in Arkansas. This is for the 1st round of storms. A 2nd round will arrive tonight with a cold front, expect additional watches later.

The entire ArkLaTex is under a Tornado Watch until 7 p.m. In addition to a few tornadoes, thunderstorms will also be capable of large hail, and damaging wind gusts.

It has been a flooded morning commute in east Texas and Louisiana, including the Shreveport/Bossier metro. A Flood Watch remains in effect through 1 p.m.
