When winning is optional, so will practice and weight lifting.

Someone has misled kids today. Just because you’re not a starter YET doesn’t mean you don’t bring immense value to the team. 💪 Missing practice just puts everyone further behind.

Toughness and knowing what to do are the two most important things.
