'We are leaving federal transit funding on the table and essentially sending our federal tax dollars to California and New York, because we uniquely have such low transit funding in our state,' said Jay Blazek Crossley from Farm and City.

And ATX City Council Passes HOME phase II which will decrease our minimum lot size and better allow this city to welcome all the wonderful people who want to make this city home! Thanks again to Leslie Pool for her amazing leadership on this!
LETS GO! #atxcouncil just lowered compatibility citywide from 540 ft >>> 75 ft, unlocking over 60K potential new housing units & great redevelopment of our commercial corridors. Thank you
Chito Vela III & your staff for getting this done🙌 communityimpact.com/austin/central…

I agree with Mayor John Whitmire’s budget message on Houston’s self-imposed revenue cap.
It hasn’t made Houston affordable, but has significantly hurt the ability of the City to be what Houstonians want. Put it on the ballot in November & get rid of it.
