Very happy to present our work on a large french Family with #JAK1 Associated inflammatory disease and efficacy of JAK inhibitors published in Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Patients displayed since the first year of life a systemic inflammatory disese with allergic features, mainly atopic dermatitis, arthralgia, mild inflammatory syndrom, diarrhea and abdominal pain, benign calcified fibrous tumors in serosis and susceptibility to warts.
