First week of the Public International Law Summer Courses at the Academy: the General Course of the session was given by Professor Eyal Benvenisti and the special courses were given by Professors Jan Klabbers and Anne-Thida Norodom.

On 26 July, the Academy's Diploma was awarded to Mr. Stefan Robert McClean (New-Zealand). The Jury consisted of Prof. Jean-Marc Thouvenin, Prof. Eyal Benvenisti (General Course), and Profs. Alain-Guy Tachou Sipowo and Kubo Mačák (Directors of Studies)
