Our students have been having some fun making smoothies using pedal power. Today, the bike is outside of the Head of Studies area at Parsons Walk.
Make sure to have a go if you're walking by and you'll earn a delicious healthy drink too!

It was great to see staff and students taking part in a meat-free and milk-alternative day on Monday as part of #GMCollegesGreenWeek .
The tasty snacks and drinks went down a treat with everyone!

Today's #GreenWeek theme is Waste Not Wednesday ♻️
We're holding a local information event for staff and learners including visiting groups such as Positive Cycles Positive Steps Alan & Gaynor Keane 🌱 Northern Roots and more - plus a Wardrobe Wednesday workshop with Fashion learners.
As #GreenWeek continues, we want to highlight our fantastic staff using eco-friendly modes of transport on their way to work. Public Transport, car sharing, cycling and walking are all great ways to make our commutes greener. #GMCollegesGreenWeek
Today at #GreenWeek , TfGM joined our Travel Green event to share information about Bee Network and sustainable travel.
Staff and learners upcycled pre-loved items at a Swap Shop for books, home décor, games and more, and our fantastic ESOL learners did a campus litter pick!
A huge thank you to the Bolton Fire Service crew for spending time with our Uniformed Public Service students last week! This experience was incredibly insightful and beneficial for those interested in joining or learning more about the industry. #CareerOpportunities
As part of #greenweek we welcomed local business owner, Caeryn Collins, who talked to our students about the impact our carbon footprints have on the planet. The students were asked to consider what they can do in their daily lives to lower their carbon footprint.
For #GreenWeek2024 , we hosted a clothes exchange & sustainable ESOL enterprise!
We were thrilled to see so many students & staff bringing items into college for exchange or donation.
Also, ESOL learners have been encouraging home gardening by sharing plants with everyone.
Today's #GreenWeek theme is Turn Off Thursday.
Today, printers across Oldham College and University Campus Oldham will be offline to highlight the environmental impact of printing, and to encourage necessary printing only.
Our students made their voices heard at the GMColleges Mayoral Hustings, where Blessing seized the opportunity to ask the mayoral candidates how they plan to help young people build their skills. What a fantastic chance to help shape the future of Greater Manchester!
