T.Rex, bell bottoms & lots of sex - had the joy of watching the brilliant #BuddhaOfSuburbia last night & think it's one of the best things I've seen The RSC. Dee Ahluwalia was spectacular. Some of the racist refs made me feel ashamed to be British but the overall vibe was joyous.

I was chatting with another #freelance journo recently who writes quite a bit for the tabloids about being judged for who you work for. She said the snobbery is worse outside of London. Having to justify how you making a living to strangers shouldn't be part of the job should it?

Chuffed my story about the benefits of testosterone made the front page, thanks i newspaper. We really need to focus more on #womenshealth . Reading about birth trauma also took me right back to having my kids. Speaking up & sharing stories is one small way to start shifting things
