Unless there is taxation based solely on miles driven per year (possibly monthly) every car/lorry/coach will need GPS based technology to record distance driven on each road type, in different locations, possibly at different times of day. It is impracticable for London alone.

Those, I agree, are aircraft with chemical tanks for spraying out typically at 10,000 to 12,000 feet. Such chem-trails will be spread wide and thinly, and pretty transparent as a consequence.

This is clearly very different from the frozen exhaust of fanjet engines.

Rory Dan Stevens Yes, it is totally normal. When the weather conditions are right, the water in jet engines' exhaust will freeze into streams of visible ice crystals. No chemicals other than CO2 and water are involved, other than tiny, trace amounts of unburned jet fuel.
