Our fellow Domenic Pedulla leading our first journal club of the year, on this new International Journal of Obstetric Anesthesia study on sacral coverage after DPE w/ 27 gauge spinal needle. There was more sacral blockade at 20 & 60 min in the DPE group but no difference in sacral blockade at time of delivery.
