Just finished Crypt by Prof Alice Roberts💙. Fascinating stuff. Favourite chapters were the ones about Thomas Beckett, the Black Death and the archers of the Mary Rose.

Very readable, with the right amount of technical detail. Enjoyed the bit of maths about the incomplete skeletons.

Yesterday I bought all the components for a Sunday morning bacon & egg butty, so I don't have to go out in the rain now. Planning is good for morale but bad for the waistline!
