AFS founder Blitz Bazawule reunites with Warner Bros. for his next film ‘Black Samurai’, an epic tale about the legendary African warrior Yasuke, who became the first Black Samurai. Blitz will write, direct and produce the film under his Inward Gaze banner. 🙏🏿⚔️🔥
SCOOP: While Blitz Bazawule rolled out his visionary musical reimagining of #TheColorPurple , he was also hard at work on his next epic — taking on the legendary Yasuke, an African warrior who became the first Black samurai.
