📢 Together with Joseph Rowntree Foundation, we’re campaigning for an Essentials Guarantee to be embedded in Universal Credit.

Here’s what that means and how it would help people on the lowest incomes. 👇 💚

The basic rate of Universal Credit is £85 a week for a single adult.

It doesn’t provide enough support for people to afford the things we all need to survive and live with dignity.

This can’t continue. Universal Credit should protect people from going without the essentials.
