While Mayoral candidate Sadiq Khan has pledged to make primary meals free for all pupils permanently, Zoë Garbett is proposing to expand to secondary - much needed too & already being shown to be possible in Tower Hamlets Council. Great to see this high on agenda! #SchoolFoodForAll
