-At 3AM we kept an eye on @ups mishandling the WRONGFUL displacement of Maspeth workers
-Lobbying trip for the Temp Bill and Warehouse Worker Protection Act
-Overturned the 2 WRONGFUL terminations at panel
-Tonight we're bargaining a CBA for new members

The EmPIRE Act creates a mechanism to enforce *existing* labor law. Law abiding businesses benefit when competitors can’t undercut them by stealing wages or cheating the UI trust fund. These perennial tales of woe are tired. Workers deserve accurate pay & safe working conditions.
