Our recent fun day out with mendip outdoor pursuits taking our cadets raft building and the obstacle course....wet and muddy were the order of the day!

Two Battle of Britain parades today; one with the Royal Air Force Association and the other with the Royal British Legion. The cadets and staff represented the squadron today with an excellent turn out and standards throughout! Very proud CO!

Squadron refurb is under way!

The staff and I have been working hard to put the squadron back together post refurb and covid. Nearly ready to submit the paperwork to WHQ then hopefully Reg Comdt SW RAFAC will give us the green light to get back to face to face activities 👍

Proud to attend our local RAF Association Battle of Britain Church service. Strange to attend in a suit and with no CADETS, however great to see the RAFA members again.

Great to be heading back to face to face training on November 5th! Cant wait to see the Cadets in person 👍

That's the end of 290 Squadrons' 2020 year. Happy Christmas to all our staff, cadets, parents, committee and Squadron friends! Here's to 2021 and hopefully a different cadet experience for all!
