This morning more than 1/2 the members of Local 144 gathered in solidarity, dressed in Red shirts at City Hall for a ceremony honoring those who perished on 9/11/01. A moment of silence was held at 8:46 AM, which is the time that hijackers crashed flight 11 into the north tower.

Local 144 members and others attended a 9/11 ceremony held at 10 AM in front of Station 1 and the Fire Alarm Building on Pleasant Street to honor those who perished on that day 24 years ago. A moment of silence was observed at 10:03 which is the time Flight 93 crashed.
