That’s where our Aston Martin money has gone! Two long range VTOL drones from Quantum-Systems (Last year’s Trinity and yesterday’s Trinity F9)
Land and Minerals Consulting (Dronesurv and QuarryDesign) will be exhibiting at GEO Business stand B11 next Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be showcasing our LiDAR and Drone acquisition methods, processing techniques, mapping abilities and analytical software.
We're ready for GEO Business with Quantum-Systems Trinity and Teledyne Optech Polaris. #LiDAR #Drone #Survey. Visit us on stand B11 in 'The Drone Zone' to discuss remote geological and geotechnical mapping services.
6-monthly LiDAR face and slope monitoring Aggregate Industries Bardon Hill Quarry with our new Teledyne Optech Polaris scanner in a fraction of the time it used to with our ILRIS scanner.
QuarryDesign exhibiting at today’s BAA conference with Emily on her Year 10 work experience from Clevedon School
Today was a great day to demonstrate Quantum-Systems Trinity VTOL drone to ARPAS-UK, the UK Drone Association Anna-Lise. Weather NW F3 gusting F4-5. I'm sure there are many mutually beneficial experiences to be shared after today.
DroneSurv staff are currently on an informative 3-day "Advanced Flight Planning, Maintenance & Repair" course held by Quantum-Systems staff at their Bavarian Headquarters for their Trinity F9 and new Trinity F90+ drones.
During Quantum-Systems Advanced Pilotage Training this morning we were shown how to use a contour base map and the "corridor planning" element to survey a steep alpine valley side with Trinity. Even with terrain following this was still a challenging survey area.
Half of Quantum-Systems international resellers (including Dronesurv for the UK) receiving some Advanced Flight Training (the other half were on Maintenance). Trinity was demonstrated safely flying an unaided Visual Line of Sight flight out to 1.2km within 2.5km of an airfield.
DroneSurv's Pilot and Maintenance Engineer (Matthew) receiving training to maintain, replace and repair Quantum-Systems Trinity. If you buy a #vtoldrone TrinityF9 or F90+ from us in the UK you will be assured of the best possible after sales assistance.
At the 2012 EIGConference I won an Estwing hammer donated by Eddie Bailey from Aggregate Industries. At the time I said I would hold it for whichever of my 3 children showed an interest in geology. Today the hammer was given to my youngest child (aged 1 when I won it).
For some reason (technical muppetry) JustGiving only accessed my Company Twitter ("X") account so I've simply re-tweeted! Many thanks to ClevedonPier for allowing a departure photograph from their Pier.
Loving this year’s The Olympic Games. Wonder if 4 points for gold, 3 for silver, 2 for bronze, and 1 for 4th (semi finalists) wouldn’t make a better table calculation though. Reflects the team effort better than just golds.
