As expected, SBF's lawyers say the trial judge should have allowed more evidence about victim losses, that he screwed up the parameters of his testimony, and that he should have been able to use an advice-of-counsel defense. They ask for a new judge.

truly I don't really understand why advice-of-counsel was excluded. because the lawyers were fooled by SBF? seems like a q for the jury, no?

Between SBF and Caroline, only one of them ever asked me to make a political donation and it was Caroline once. She asked me to contribute to an organization that was exploring whether COVID originated in Wuhan and I said yes and made the contribution.

Caroline destroyed 10s of billions of dollars of value, turned around and blamed SBF for all of it (not saying he's innocent), and then used her romantic fantasies as justification, and now is asking for 0 jail time. Let that sink in.
