A bit late to the party, but the Apicurio Registry 2.0 release is just too good to not share it: new #Kafka SerDes, authentication via Keycloak, new schema storage in #Postgres, support for CNCF registry API, schema change events... Wow 🚀! apicur.io/blog/2021/04/2…

Considering using an schema registry for Apache Kafka? The Apicurio registry cover not only schemas but also AsyncAPI Initiative and OpenAPI Specification. Check how to deploy the latest 2.0 GA release using PostgreSQL as the datastore: youtu.be/1VzduPxvrE0

Check out this great post on #API-first approach business use-case with Apicurio and Microcks! It illustrates experimenting, collaborating with architects and engineers and supporting fail-fast culture with OpenAPI Specification and AsyncAPI Initiative. Love it!❤️

Interested in trying out Apicurio Registry without downloading and installing it locally? Or looking for a managed and supported instance? Red Hat now offers RHOSR (Red Hat OpenShift Service Registry) : a managed Apicurio Registry offering. apicur.io/registry/try-l…

If you're interested in Kafka and Apicurio Registry, here's an interesting (maybe) story of a bug found and fixed: apicur.io/blog/2021/12/0…

Update: Apicurio Registry and Studio are not impacted by the recent log4j CVE! We don't happen to use log4j in our components. github.com/Apicurio/apicu…

Hugo has written a great post about Debezium that includes Apicurio Registry: developers.redhat.com/articles/2022/…

A #Kafka related question that keeps me up: Do you use / do you want to use schema registry for non-Kafka applications? The #SerDes logic can be made generic and benefit other messaging applications with central schema mgmt. Why not, what am I missing?
