If you want to know what Donald Trump is guilty of, listen to what he accuses others of doing. It’s a thorough roadmap of his misdeeds, and perhaps crimes, projected on his rivals. Sick…just sick.

giants among giants
the daffodils stood
with oaks today
and did perform
the better show

bearing the folklore
of seasons

winter - remain

deep in the woods
marcescent whispers
hang frail on boughs

to be there and
still - is to know
where we’ve been

they know each of
the seasons - know
all of them well

Nice early spring bike ride. A warm coffee—chilled break, and signs of spring.

spring crawls from
the low muddy spots
on fresh grass spritz

unfurls with the ferns
stippling the maples,
dogwoods and birch

takes time to rest on
old fallen logs as the
turtles soaking up sun

falls from the sky in
buckets washing the
quiet of winter away
