With one meet remaining AHS Orioles AP Calculus students continue to lead the pack in the Continental Mathematics League. Two Avon Community School Corporation students are perfect through three meets: seniors Blake Ervin and Gabe Miller.

Congratulations to AHS Orioles mathematics students Austin Davidson (12) and Matthew Vetter (11) who received third place awards in the 2024 IUPUI Math Contest. Special thanks to all 16 students from AHS who submitted entries and helped capture the Spirit Award.

I thoroughly enjoyed the past 5 days with my incredibly talented Calculus BC teachers and I cannot be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality of my hosts at Western Kentucky University. Next up, a couple weeks off before workshops and conferences resume in Tampa, DC and Vegas

Spent the most amazing four days with some of the best mathematics educators in FL, SC, GA and TX. Their students are in great hands. Special thanks to the USF David C. Anchin Center once again for being amazing hosts!

One of my more memorable AP Summer Institutes. Howard University HowardU_SOE did not disappoint - such an iconic institution. Had the pleasure of working with teachers representing 4 states and 3 different countries. Now off to Las Vegas for a 9:00 am pres tom morning!

Words cannot express how proud I am of these four AHS Orioles students for leading us to another Spirit Award in the 2025 IU-Indy Mathematics Contest. Congrats, Jonas Eklou, Alex Serbezov, Diego Stanis Farias, and Omar Saleh as well as each AHS student who submitted entries.

Congrats to AHS Orioles ACE AP Calculus students for capturing their 3rd consecutive and 6th overall National Championship in the Continental Mathematics League - Calculus Division. A record 64 students from AHS recorded a perfect score on at least one of the four exams. I am
