Love this memo from tobi lutke One of my (many) hacks in rewiring my brain to reflexively use AI is my simple chrome extension that shows this reminder every time I open a new tab :)

WWXD “come up with an approach based on what X would do” - one of my favorite recent uses of the M365 Researcher agent at work. (Where X = boss, stakeholder, someone who is the gold standard). Deep Reasoning models + deep work context = 💥

Prompt sets are the new PRDs, as Lenny Rachitsky and I were just talking about. I some times find it helpful to even go meta -- use LLMs to generate the eval prompt sets, and LLM based rating.

Must-read post by Pete Koomen. h/t Othman Laraki I wrote something along similar lines last week based on how the intelligence is dumbed down by the app interfaces and our own low expectations- “Your intern is actually Einstein” linkedin.com/posts/aparnacd…

We’ve traced the call— it’s coming from inside the house! :) With our latest #Microsoft365 Agents -- Analyst & Researcher -- I find AI getting embedded well inside my workflow as I steer, explore, and co-think with AI. More in my LinkedIn post. linkedin.com/posts/aparnacd…

Zawinski's law of software development now has an AI variant. I declare the Chennapragada law :) Every AI agent attempts to expand until it can write code. Those which cannot so expand are replaced by ones which can.

I had a great time talking to .Lenny Rachitsky about all things product, tech and AI. My favorite zip code is “living one year in the future” - from shaping Google Search as the web grew, founding Google Lens to bring vision to phone cameras to now building a team of agents for work.

NLX is the new UX - prompts, plans, chain of thought, progress reports on long running tasks - elements of the new “file menu”. As model capabilities all converge, intentionally designed NLX will be a key differentiator.

Good work Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg on a great conference and also capturing 👇what each of us leaders are excited about with AI. I for one want to give every person at work a to-go-box team of agents to help us do BETTER work, not just MORE work. #BloombergTech
