Delighted to see this out. The glossary is an outcome from the Physics & Psychology of Human Crowd Dynamics workshop. We had great discussions around defining these concepts in an interdisciplinary field. Thanks to Nikolai Bode and Alessandro Corbetta for leading the write-up!
