here's an argument i consider more persuasive for spam tradeoffs run amok: as bitcoin tech improves, we should have more cryptographic fungibility, and the blockchain converges to a cryptographic accumulator. you can't censor anything, you can't filter anything as it's all blobs.

On this day in 2008, Satoshi Nakamoto emailed Adam Back about citing Hashcash in the Bitcoin whitepaper. Adam replied the next day and later co-founded Blockstream to help build Bitcoin’s future. That future is now. Bitcoin’s here. Make it yours with the Blockstream app.

Knots has code to turn itself off at a set expiry date. Unnecessary, stupid, and outright dangerous. Did you know? Was it discussed in a team of experts? How can such a dangerous "feature" even make it into a release? By trusting a single guy who lives in his own reality.

GOOD MORNING why do you think everyone who understands open source is warning people about running this dumpster fire of a code base. Keep listening to the podcasters, I'm sure they know what they're talking about. Bitcoin doesn't forgive. You're responsible if you get rekt.

#Bitcoin is the only fixed-supply asset in the history of humanity. Bitcoin’s supply is capped at 21M, with 19M+ already issued. A finite supply creates infinite opportunity. Happy #BitcoinInfinityDay ♾

Block 911161 was 98% empty! Many big beautiful consolidations were waiting to be included, which would have removed thousands of utxo's from the utxo set. Unfortunately the miner in question is FILTERING transactions below 1 sat/vB! 🍿

Knots LARPers are having a mental breakdown bc adam back understands you can only choose one: 1) censorship resistance, or 2) a centralized entity that declares transactions as unkosher / haram / sinful math doesn't care about your feelings or your fairy tale ideology.
